Based on a specific prior assessment, we utilize various therapeutic tools, such as storytelling therapy, art therapy, and deep relaxation techniques, addressing issues like depression, anxiety, and burnout, among others. These workshops can be conducted both online and in person, providing flexibility and accessibility for participants.

Art therapy is a therapeutic approach that can be used both individually and in institutional groups. The goal is to expand awareness through expressive forms that often cannot be verbalized. The environment provides freedom of expression, without a focus on aesthetics, promoting a new understanding of the feelings that influence human relationships. This practice can be beneficial for children with learning difficulties, elderly people with dementia, people who have experienced trauma or violence, families in conflict, and individuals facing health crises and life challenges.
